Beach – Swimming pools
Take just a few steps from the main swimming pool at Cavo Spada Luxury Resort & Spa to the sandy and pebble beach. This beach has been awarded a Blue Flag and is organized with sun beds and umbrellas and has a lifeguard. Ideal for families as the sand/pebble area is a large and comfortable space for children to play, build castles, dig and enjoy Crete’s summer sun.
The impressive 1700 sqm main swimming pool – a free style lagoon – is available for all guest use as are the sun beds and umbrellas which are set up on the green well kept garden next to the pool. At this size each guest is guaranteed a comfortable and relaxing time at the pool.
A separate children’s swimming pool is also available with a maximum depth of 0.40 cm. The unique and exotic bridge-accessed pool bar at the main pool offers refreshments and snacks (open from 10h00 to 19h00).
Guests staying in a Deluxe Junior Suite have direct access to the swimming pool.
And finally, the privileged few staying in either a ‘Deluxe sea view double room, with sharing pool’ or a ‘Deluxe Family Room, with sharing pool’ enjoy a private pool – shared only by guests in the few neighboring rooms.

At Cavo Spada Luxury Resort & Spa there are four restaurants for you to choose from.
The Arsenali main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner – all buffet – an endless choice of foods, delicacies, traditional Greek dishes as well as international dishes. This is a large area with ample seating. The buffet itself is set up indoors, while seating is available both indoors and on the outdoors terrace.

The a la carte Azzuro Restaurant with its unique 4 dome ceiling caters for both indoor and outdoor seating (an open terrace with great views) and serves Italian dishes for dinner. Open 19:30 – 23:30.
The thematic a la carte Avra restaurant offers primarily Mediterranean cuisine. Fusion and Asian cuisine also feature. Open 19:30 – 23:30.
Bars
The Main Bar at Cavo Spada Luxury Resort & Spa is open daily from 18h00 – 01h00. Fine drinks combined with good music make for just the perfect ending to your holiday days. Once a week, live music is provided here for your enjoyment (live orchestra of band varying from jazz, pop, traditional Greek etc). A great setting, sophisticated environment and excellent service – simply adds pleasure to your stay.
The Pool Bar located in the middle of the main swimming pool serves refreshments and snacks (open 10h00- 19h00) while you enjoy your time swimming and sunbathing. Uniquely located above and beside the pool and accessed by a bridge – quite impressive.
