A. Liability of our Company

Our office acts as an intermediary between travelers and carriers, hotels and any other services offered to run the program. It is understood that the Office does not assume any liability for defects or unforeseen difficulties may occur in the trip or postponements, delays or cancellations due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances (coups, strikes, adverse weather conditions, wars, fires, hijackings, earthquakes, floods, etc.) as well as accidents, injuries, illnesses or organic complications such climatic changes, altitude, disease, poison, etc. For theft, damage, lost luggage at the destination, the Office is not responsible and has no jurisdiction to resolve the problem. B. Reservations of Air Tickets

D. Reservations Package / Individual trips

E. Cancellations

Organized / Individual Travel

The charges its clients for annulment (cancellation) are as follows:

– Cancellation of travel from your confirmation to 61 days before departure: charge € 100/atomo for organizational & communication costs.

– Cancellation from 60 days to 45 days before the trip: 10% cancellation fee on the total cost of the trip.

– Cancellation from 44 days to 35 days before the trip: 30% cancellation fee on the total cost of the trip.

– Cancellation from 34 days to 21 days before the trip: 70% cancellation fee on the total cost of the trip.

– Cancellation 20 days until the day of departure: cancellation fee 100% of the total cost of the trip.

 

Flights

Charges of customers due to the cancellation / change airline tickets vary and depend on the type of ticket. The customer is informed of the terms change / cancellation of a ticket when booking.

 

Hotels
